A guide to requesting new activity questions through Pebble Support, including the four answer types available: free text, yes/no, yes/no with follow-up, and multiple choice.
Adding new questions to your activity
Need a new question added to your activity? Just drop us a message on chat or email and we'll get it sorted for you.
To save a bit of back and forth, let us know:
- The exact wording you'd like for the question
- What kind of answer you'd like parents to give (from the options below)
Answer types you can choose from:
- Free text: parents type their own answer
- Yes or no: a simple yes/no response
- Yes or no, text input if yes: if they answer yes, they'll get a box to add more detail
- Text input: you give us the options and parents pick one (only one answer allowed
This is NOT something the Activity Provider can perform themselves in their account or via the dashboard/ settings on their supplier portal.
