Instant Payouts
Want to get your earnings faster? Instant Payouts allow you to skip the usual 2–3 business day waiting period and access your money in minutes.
This guide explains how Instant Payouts work, what they cost, and how to use them to manage your business cash flow.
How Do Instant Payouts Work?Normally, when a customer books an activity on your website, the money takes a few days to clear through the traditional banking system before it lands in your bank account.
Instant Payouts bypass that waiting period entirely:
- Request on Demand: Whenever you have a balance on the platform, you can log into your dashboard and request a payout immediately.
- The "Fast-Lane" Network: Instead of sending the money via a standard bank transfer (which takes days), we send it directly to your linked bank account using a specialised fast-track network.
- 20-Minute Delivery: The funds typically arrive in your bank account within 20 minutes. This works 24/7, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
Standard payouts on our platform are completely free. However, if you choose to use the Instant Payout feature, a 1.5% convenience fee is deducted from the payout amount.
We want to be completely transparent about why this fee exists. It directly covers the extra costs of moving money instantly:
- Card Network Tolls: Main card providers (like Visa and Mastercard) charge a premium fee to open up their instant-transfer networks. A large portion of the 1.5% goes directly to paying these network costs.
- Instant Security Checks: When money moves in days, banks have time to spot fraud. When money moves in minutes, we have to run advanced, instant security checks behind the scenes to keep your account and funds safe.
- Advancing the Funds: When a customer buys a ticket, their bank doesn't actually hand the money over to us for a few days. When you request an Instant Payout, we give you that money immediately out of our own pocket while we wait for the customer’s bank to catch up.
