Email History
The Email History feature provides a view of all manual and Pebble-generated emails sent to your customers, helping you keep track of communication status at a glance.
Accessing Email History
You can view the communication log for any individual customer by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Customers page.
- Click into a specific customer's profile.
- Select the 'Email History' tab.
Important Note: Email history is tracked and visible only from the date this feature was released. You will not see historical emails sent prior to the release date. Records are stored for a maximum of 6 months.
Understanding Email Statuses
Each email entry includes a status indicator to help you understand if your message reached the recipient. To view the full content of an email, simply click on the Subject line.
| Status | Meaning |
| Pending |
The email has just been sent, and the final delivery status is not yet confirmed. |
| Delivered |
The email was successfully delivered to the recipient's email provider but has not yet been opened. |
| Opened |
The recipient has successfully opened the email. |
| Undelivered |
Delivery failed, but the system will continue to retry. The status will update to "Delivered" if a future attempt is successful, or remain "Undelivered" if it fails. |
| Failed |
Sending failed entirely before delivery could be attempted. It is recommended to try sending a new email. |
