Your best bookings often come from people whoโ€™ve joined before. They already trust you and know how great your camps are. So why not invite them back?

Hereโ€™s how:

 

  1. Go to scheduled activities.

  2. Click the activity 3 dots

  3. Click 'invite customers'

  4. Click 'from previous activities' and select which activities

  5. Review the contact list

  6. Send and email invite plus up to 3 reminder emails automatically

 

Try something like this:

โ€œWe loved having you last summer. Book now before spaces go live to everyone else!โ€

You can use your three emails across key moments:

  1. When early bird bookings open

  2. Halfway through the campaign

  3. A final call just before public launch

Note: This will only send to families who have opted in to receive your marketing.
