Turn off reviews

Turning off reviews need to be done in 2 parts:

1. Switch off showing the widgets via eportal

   1. Supplier page tab

   2. Untick 'Reviews enabled'

2. turn off review emails in in reviews.io

   1. Search for the product catalogue

   2. Search the provider name

   3. Click the menu

   4. There is an option to stop collecting reviews
