Accident & Incident Report Forms
Accident & Incident Report forms makes it easier for you to log, manage, and share reports directly in Pebble.

-
Open the Attendee/Booking modal and head to the Notes/Report tab
-
You’ll see a Log Incident button.
-
Clicking this button opens a digital incident report form.
2. Filling Out the Report
-
All fields in the form are REQUIRED to be filled out, if you don't have anything to add to a particular field then just add 'NA'
-
The date and time of form completion are automatically recorded and displayed once saved.
3. Saving, Printing, and Emailing Reports
Once the report is saved:
-
All fields become locked and cannot be edited.
-
You’ll see new CTAs to Print or Email the report.
-
Print allows you to screen print the page.
-
Email lets you send the report directly to the customer using Pebble's built-in email functionality. NOTE - reports can ONLY be emailed by Admins - users with Registers Only access cannot email a report.
-
4. Timeline Integration

Once note has been saved the report will display on the Notes/Reports Tab of the attendee/booking modal.

-
Name of the admin who created the report
-

-
-
Reports can be soft-deleted, meaning they can be restored later if needed. Please contact support@bookpebble.co.uk if you want to recover a report.
